Alma De la Rosa is the Diehl Done Team's Client
Communications Specialist. She has been an active member of the team since
2021. 

As a mother of 4 adorable kids, she believes that if you can fulfill the duties
of being a mother, you will be better at everything you do. 

Her comprehensive set of skills, combined with six years of customer service
experience has earned her reputation as a results-getter, hardworking, and
self-motivated individual.

Today, Alma's purpose and passion lie in helping the team and leveraging the
conversion rate for sellers and buyers. She maintains the best level of
customer service, as she is a believer that a happy customer is the best reward
