Patrick Gibson

Patrick Gibson has been involved with real estate all of his life. From the age of 13, he started working at his family's real estate holding company developing and renovating multifamily buildings. Many of his friends asked why he worked so much when he was young? He would reply "it is what I like doing." Being involved and working for large developers gave him a great perspective at a young age. Patrick continues to expand his real estate portfolio today.
Patrick specializes in commercial real estate for the Diehl Done Team. Doing 3 basic things well. First, he helps investors and
business owners capture above-market prices and terms for their holdings.
Second, he helps businesses and investors expand their locations and holdings for top market position and long-term returns. And third, he works with industry professionals creating team investors and business owners can rely on.
Patrick has been with the team since its formation. He holds
a degree in economics and financial analysis from Utica College. Patrick grew up locally on Saratoga Lake attending Ballston Spa High School. He lives in Saratoga Springs with his wife Mary and two sons Jonathan and Stephen. He believes in living a full life with many diverse activities.
